Terms & Conditions as of April 8, 2026

1. Overview

These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the Glambot® 1-Year Warranty & Service Extension (“Extension”) provided by Glambot LLC (“Glambot®,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By purchasing the Extension, the customer (“Owner,” “you,” or “your”) agrees to the terms outlined below.

2. Eligibility

The Extension is available only to:

  • The original purchaser of the Glambot® system

  • Systems with an active or recently expired warranty (within 30 days of expiration)

  • Systems in good working condition at the time of purchase

Glambot® reserves the right to:

  • Deny coverage for ineligible units

  • Request a system inspection or diagnostic prior to activation

3. Coverage Period

  • Coverage begins on the date of purchase of the Extension (unless otherwise specified in writing)

  • Coverage remains valid for 12 consecutive months

  • The Extension does not backdate or cover gaps in service prior to purchase

4. Scope of Coverage

During the coverage period, Glambot® will provide:

  • Priority technical support (phone, email, and remote access)

  • Remote diagnostics and troubleshooting

  • Assistance with software updates and system optimization

  • Access to the Glambot® Help Center and AI support tools

  • Pre-event and first-event support (when scheduled in advance)

This Extension is intended to ensure continued operational support, not to function as full equipment replacement insurance.

5. Hardware Warranty Limitations

Unless otherwise explicitly stated in writing:

  • The Extension does not reset or extend original manufacturer hardware warranties (including motors or components)

  • Repairs or replacement of physical components may be:

    • Subject to additional fees, or

    • Offered at a discounted service rate at Glambot®’s discretion

6. Exclusions

This Extension does not cover:

  • Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, or negligence

  • Unauthorized modifications, repairs, or third-party servicing

  • Improper setup, transport, or operation outside recommended guidelines

  • Cosmetic damage that does not impact functionality

  • Acts of God, environmental damage, or external incidents

  • Issues caused by non-approved accessories or equipment

7. Non-Transferability

  • This Extension is non-transferable

  • Coverage applies only to the original purchaser and registered system

  • Any resale or transfer of the unit immediately voids the Extension

8. Support Access & Response

  • Support is available via:

  • While priority support is provided, response times are not guaranteed and may vary based on demand and circumstances

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Glambot® shall not be liable for:

    • Lost revenue

    • Missed events

    • Business interruption

    • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Total liability under this Agreement shall not exceed the amount paid for the Extension

10. No Guarantee of Uninterrupted Operation

While Glambot® will make reasonable efforts to support system performance:

  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation

  • The Owner remains responsible for proper operation, testing, and event readiness

11. Cancellation & Refunds

  • The Extension is non-refundable once activated

  • If purchased in error and not yet activated, cancellation may be considered at Glambot®’s sole discretion

12. Right to Refuse Service

Glambot® reserves the right to suspend or terminate support if:

  • The system is deemed unsafe or improperly maintained

  • The Owner violates these Terms

  • Abuse of support services is identified

13. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.

14. Entire Agreement

This document constitutes the entire agreement relating to the Extension and supersedes any prior communications or understandings related to this coverage.
